A Psalm Of Life and The Tide Rises The Tide Falls

In this essay we are going to see the values of Fairness and Justice.

Justice is the quality of being just, righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness.  Is usually associated with the law. A judge is also known as a justice, and the point of the law is to keep everything in a society fair according to society's rules.

Fairness is the quality of making judgments that are free from discrimination. Judges, umpires, and teachers should all strive to practice fairness.

In the poem “A Psalm Of Life” we can’t see in some times the value of Justice because the author Henry Wadsworth Longfellow he only want to teach us that what you have done before it’s the past and you don’t have to take too much care about it, and look forward. We can see the value of Fairness in “A Psalm Of Life” because the author said that people will have their own Justice situation or when they receive what they deserve in their life or in their currently actions. Your actions in your life will bring you good or bad moments at your life, because Henry Wadsworth Longfellow says that life is all about actions but if you are all time arguing or have bad feelings about your past you will have a life always thinking about it, so he says that you don’t have to pay too much attention to it and look forward against chasing new dreams.

In the poem “The Tide Rises, The Tide Falls” we can see both two values of Fairness and Justice because it shows something about the human being and that nature will never stop being the nature and there always will be in a cycle no matter if humans disappear. We can see Justice because the life cycle is something we can’t not change and it’s really important because when someone completes their life cycle they die, but at the same time they afford to new lives come on the world to apport new things or opportunities. And we can see the other value that is the Fairness, in this poem we can see it because nobody can’t be mad or refute the end of your own life cycle because is something that everybody will have to accept. It talks about the theme of death, and also it show  3 stanzas, that in the first stanza speaks about death as an approaching guest. And in the second stanza, we can also find that the traveler is finally accepting his fate or error.
